I recently returned a Spear and Jackson hand spade; the item was faulty as the handle snapped on the first time of using. I received a label to cover return postage and I packed and took the item to my post office; but the refund I received is only for the cost of the spade and not my initial p&p. So I’m out of pocket for buying a faulty item. Very disappointing QVC…I’ve shopped with QVC for many years but am now considering closing my account
