I really like QVC. I like the TV programmes and demonstrations and the web site is really well laid out. I like the prices and promotions on top brands — often with extras you would not get in a normal purchase elsewhere… communication is great after purchase and before delivery. Their customer service promise is brilliant however I’ve never had to use it.
