I will never buy from QVC again. They use Evri I live in an upstair flat Evri were just leaving my parcels downstairs in a public area. I then requested delivery to my local parcel shop. Evri left a parcel outside the shop I did not get it. QVC then arranged a replacement I did not get that either although I did get notified of delivery!!!!!
