My first experience with renewal subscription and you have not delivered Dr Seaweed on time. I should have started the 2nd pack today but I have not received it yet.
The whole point of my paying the 12 month subscription was to see whether the seaweed supplements would help with my thinning scalp hair due to thyroid issues.
So now I have waated 2 months supply as the continual ingestion of the tablets have been interrupted.
When I spoke to your Resolutions Team he said he could not refund the last 2 months supply because 'there was nothing wrong with the delivery'! What a stupid reason bearing in mind that I told him exactly the above.
He then said he would refund the 2 month supply that hadn't turned up on time!! which means I get my refund anyway.
However, if it happens again I will expect ALL my money back - not just the missing pack because I am paying for 12 months supply for a reason!!
