I've used them twice. The first time everything went well and I even got my parcel faster, however, this time things went downhill.As per the vendor and tracking information, the parcel was delivered at the Delaware warehouse. For about a week or two I didn't see any updates.When I contacted customer support, "Serhii" kept saying that their colleagues at the warehouse were still looking for the parcel and now they are saying that they never received the package, conveniently so.I've used the vendor plenty of times and their shipping services are always on point so it's strange that suddenly after days of "searching" they decided that the parcel was never delivered to their address, despite the fact the vendor and the tracking information confirmed the opposite.For a forwarding shipping service, you should build trust in your clients that are also trusting that your packages are going to be handled with care and not losing them or just doing the bare minimum.I'm going to look for better options, I no longer trust them if there's no resolutions, just excuses for their mediocre job.
