The service keeps getting worse. I recently tried to send an oversized package, but the price calculator on the website made it impossible to accurately estimate the shipping cost. Then I was told I couldn’t use the shipping method I had planned, but I could use a more expensive one—which I hadn’t budgeted for. Eventually, after talking to support, it turned out I could send it using the cheaper method, but I had to pay a fee just to change the shipping option.Now I tried to send another package. Qwintry is “optimizing warehouse operations” and decided to remove packaging options. But if you want to, say, remove shoeboxes from your package or add a custom option you’re used to—there’s no clear way to do that in the interface. Support’s responses are vague and not very helpful. In the end, once the package had already been packed, I was told those changes should have been made before assembly. Now I either have to pay for repacking or pay extra for the larger volume during shipping. Maybe it would have made sense to include a clear explanation in the interface—where to find the familiar packaging options and what to do if you want to remove shoeboxes, for example?I’ve been using Qwintry for a long time, but with every new shipment, there are more and more issues with the service.
