The experience I had was favourable, I was ably guided through the recruitment process by a gentleman called Bill. Bill had reached out to me on my initial application to convey the particulars of the job role, the company it was with, and its overall culture as a manufacturing concern. Bill made job specifications and interview preparation material available to me so that I could relate my prior work experience to potential future employment. Bill made time available in his schedule to help with the interview preparation during a telephone call by posing interlocutary questions common to an interview. I got the impression his working relationship with the client was of a very high caliber. For this role the recruitment process was by necessity quite protracted. I was therefore very grateful that Bill kept me fully informed with regards to its progression on a regular basis. I was appreciative also that I could call his office in real-time and touch base regarding pre-employment.
