I've had packages lost and i've had warranty issues with R2-bike.Tomas & The R2-Bike crew does a good job. I've got a wheelset built which was superb. I had to exchange the rear hub on a warranty, this was solved very quickly and i could rebuild my wheel and be ready in time for my race.The package that was lost i was refunded for, I hope R2-bike gets they're stuff/money back from DHL/Postnord.More shipping options for when you make an order online would be great. I dont trust DHL/postnord with my packages and would like to be able to pick/pay for other/better services.
