If you have questions about your order don't hesitate to contact our customer service: support@r2...............With best regards your r2-bike.com staff ''SO..After almost a month my item is still in GERMANY, stuck at DHL, i send them (R2-BIKE) three emails asking about my purchase and NO RESPONSE....Also send email to DHL, they response,thank you for that, and said that i sould ask the SENDER.r2-bike asked for a feedback, so....Very bad service and awfull delivery time, if finally get my purchase. One star is too much.Really sorry about this review, but you asked for a feedback,and this is what you deserve.17/05/2018 and still in Germany and no response from r2-bike.Think lost my money...
