I had forgotten my password and had to change my password online. I was unsuccessful in doing so and I needed the help of their customer service. First of all it took about 40 minutes waiting time before for my call got answered. Furthermore the customer service representative was rather unfriendly in explaining the process and she made me go back and forth from being on line to using the phone App. She seemed to have been unsure herself. She was all over the show and it took her another 30 minutes to be able to solve my issue. This was well over an hour taken out of my busy schedule. Rabobank's new process is not very user friendly since the Digi-Pass has become obsolete. Customer Service need more (friendly and equipped) representatives on board to shorten the waiting time in their call center!
