They require you to officially certify your identity documents (I shared a copy, not good enough, they required a recent version) including a statement from the person certifying the document. This process is all handled manually through email, nothing is automated, and this will take you days. I decided to open an account somewhere else, this was completed within 10 min!I have had bad experiences with companies holding my information for years and being a victim of data breaches. That's why I asked Rabobank to remove my information from their databases, I shared lots of sensitive data during the signing-up process. They keep denying my requests and intentionally holding on to all these details and documents, even though Im not even a customer with them, and I never was!
