I paid extra for express shipping with a promised delivery time of 6–8 days. My order was placed on December 26 and was still not delivered by January 11.Tracking information was unclear and inconsistent, customer service responses were slow, and no refund has been provided despite the express delivery not being fulfilled.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend paying for express shipping with this company.
