Where do I begin…I ordered three pairs of shoes with expedited shipping, yet received no confirmation for days. Reaching the store was another ordeal. When someone finally responded, I was told one of the pairs was out of stock — even though it still appeared as “in stock” on their website. Had I known, I wouldn’t have ordered them, especially since I needed them urgently. They issued a partial refund, but I’m still waiting for my package.They used “YunExpress,” a courier I’ve never heard of and wouldn’t trust again. It feels like a cheap dropshipping setup. I couldn’t contact the courier at all. I had to contact imile, a company I’ve never even heard of somehow linked to yunexpress. When I finally did, they claimed they couldn’t locate my address (which has never been an issue with any other delivery service.) on top of that they refused to tell me where the distribution centre was where the package got delivered to instead, so there’s another 1-2 days just before they allow me to collect MY items.Save yourself the time, effort, and frustration: buy the same shoes from AliExpress or a reputable retailer. At least you’ll know if items are in stock and your order will be handled by a proper local courier. This experience was completely dodgy from start to finish.I ordered my AliExpress shoes over a week after I ordered my expedited shoes through Rabosey and they STILL arrived before. The quality is just as good too.
