Okay so the shoes are so chic, and the ones I received were in great condition, exactly as the image, and worth the price. I got 4 pairs of shoes and all of them were in excellent condition. One of them was a bit too snug on me and I will be returning. I hadn’t received a shipping confirmation email with my order after 3 business days, so I reached out to customer service and they were SO polite and helpful, explained the situation (they were out of stock of one of the shoes I ordered), offered me an adjusted shipping timeline, and I received all 4 shoes in a week. These are easily the cutest shoes I own. I’ll definitely order from them again, maybe just size up if I’m buying their heels
