Piss poor customer service. I’ve been waiting for my shoes for 3 weeks now. NoCommunication, no tracking number nothing. I eventually reach out to the company and they gave me the incorrect shipping number about x4 times — what’s puzzling about this situation is that they could have checked the tracking number before sending it to me? They respond to emails at odd hours and when you write them back they’ll take 24 (if not longer) hours to write you back. Do not buy from them.
