4 months of waiting for
Frozen account 4 months ago, 17 of December. There is about 10k EUR… till now many emails, talks by chat, VIP contact… they are just asking and doing verification by their SPECIALIST… again and again, tones of docs sent… still nothing. I have different answers. Last week they told me that my case in on the finish and financial department will do manual withdrawal … next week and nothing. Process started again, next documentation needed, more and more just to keep my 10k EUR!!! What do you think about action like this? Is it worth of your time? When you lose it’s nice! Just when you win it’s very very HARD… money frozen for how long? Please make my withdrawal now
