I placed an order on 12/8/2025. I received confirmation that my order shipped two days later on 12/10/2025, and it was supposedly delivered on 12/18/2025. However, I never received my item. I reached out three times without a response—complete silence. Eventually, I received an email with updated tracking information that was the same as before. I reached out again via email—surprise, silence again. After my fifth attempt, I finally got a reply regarding my purchase and the delay in shipping and delivery. As a buyer, I am extremely disappointed, as this was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone very special to me. We both enjoy F1 and have shared many cherished moments watching races together. I may not be alone in this experience, but I believe this company does not deserve its current rating due to its lack of customer support and communication.
