I would love to share my experience, but I am STILL waiting for my order placed over two weeks ago. I can comment on the customer service, as I have sent three emails inquiring about my order without even an acknowledgment. At this point, I am uncertain about my order's status and whether I will ever receive it. My review reflects my dissatisfaction with this company and its lack of customer service. My son is going to be very disappointed on Christmas Day.
