I placed an order on 12/8/2025 and received confirmation that it shipped two days later on 12/10/2025, with a supposed delivery date of 12/18/2025. However, my purchase never arrived. I reached out three times but received no response—just silence. Eventually, I got an email with updated tracking information, which turned out to be the same as before. After contacting the support team again, I was met with more silence. Finally, on my fifth attempt, I received a response regarding the shipping and delivery delay. As a buyer, I am very disappointed, especially since this was meant to be a Christmas gift for someone special, who has been there for me during tough times. We share a love for F1, making this gift even more meaningful. While my experience may not be typical, I believe the service does not deserve its current rating due to the lack of customer support and communication when issues arise. This review aims to be constructive, and I hope the company considers it to prevent others from facing a similar experience.
