I wanted to order a helmet that was no longer produced. On the website, it was shown as in-stock, thus I decided to order it here. The order went through and the money was deducted from my account. Following some time of no status updates, I decided to message them to request a status update and they said that it was no longer in stock. After a brief email interchange, I requested a refund. They replied to me quickly, offered alternatives, and refunded my purchase immediately upon request.While this was a frustrating experience, I cannot in good faith give this business less than 3-stars as I will probably come back to buy again, because they have a large stock of items, the website is easy to use, and they email back very quickly.With that said, if the business is reading this, use this as a reminder to stay professional in your emails. While you did help me quickly, some tact goes a long way. :)
