After 32 years with RACQ our Home and Content policy when up nearly $900 we have not made a claim in years .Even with a excess of $2,000.00 Home and $1,000.00 on Content.As for a review and got a letter a week latter stating they would not change the premium.They don't care abouut loyal customers only shareholders.Went with Suncorp who were $600.00 cheaper for Insurance and even increase the amount of Building Sorry after all these years RACQ did not care, so look around as there is better Insurance Companies out there wished I had left years ago.
