Just took delivery of my first ever pair of RAD ones. Super excited to get these as I’ve heard great things about the brand! Outer box arrived like someone has ripped it open and it practically fell apart when I touched it. Inside was a RAD shoebox with a pair of Adidas Sambas inside! I contacted customer service immediately who apologised and offered a replacement or refund as well as a free pair of socks for the inconvenience. They didn’t have to do that as it wasn’t their fault but they did and they were very helpful and supportive during the whole process. I would definitely recommend this company and can’t wait for my new trainers to arrive.
