Stay away from this company, and do not put a single penny in …to invest in their unorganized Ponzi scheme (un)real estate fund. Please carefully read both Google and Better Business reviews or complaints. Also check with the SEC website for any open complaints, or violations, or if you need to file one as a unsatisfied investor because your money is stuck. The company maybe in financial troubles where they recently filed Form 1-U with the SEC to back investors off from the mass withdrawal request after they didn’t make any REITS distribution payment (or raise the share price ) in the last 2 remaining quarters of 2023 . My experience was very bad with this company and I almost lost my small amount of Investment with them. Fortunately I was able to get my full withdrawal out and run far away from this company after putting my SEC complaint in.
