I engaged RadiantBiz for company setup and immigration services. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely unprofessional.RadiantBiz retained my Emirates ID after it was issued and repeatedly refused to courier it to my designated address or provide tracking, despite multiple written requests. They acknowledged having custody of the ID but would not release it.Additionally, I paid for a second visa under our license. That visa was never processed, and the fee has not been refunded.After these failures, RadiantBiz attempted to push additional “VIP” charges and would not release government documents unless further fees were paid. Requests to escalate the matter to management were blocked, and they refused to provide executive contact details.Holding official UAE government documents and withholding them after service failure is unacceptable. This matter is now escalated through formal channels.I would strongly caution any investor or business owner to exercise extreme care before engaging RadiantBiz.
