The best time! I have been to many yoga classes around the world and I can honestly say Sophs are one of the best. She is incredible and her playlists are lovely!Josh was the cheeky chappy host! Knew all the best local Cornish gems and was an awesome instructor aswell - super welcoming and friendly.The house was immaculate, really homely and the food was above and beyond my expectations.From daily yoga, sauna by the sea, paddle, sea swims, coastal hikes, painting, games and movie night it really was the best 4 days! It really was a little slice of heaven!
