The only issue is that they don’t heat as advertised and won’t stay plugged in unless resting on a flat surface. The website states a 90-day return policy with a money-back guarantee, but this is misleading. It turns out you have to cover return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. They also make it difficult to initiate a return without an assigned return authorization number. Interestingly, the same heater is available through another retailer for $25, while we ended up paying $203 in total!
