I find the platform acceptable for the price, though I’ve experienced better elsewhere. However, the major drawback is the lack of communication. When I invest in a service, I expect better customer support. I believe 24 hours is a reasonable timeframe for a response. It’s now been four days without a reply from the support team. I can only assume they are either overwhelmed or indifferent to customer service. I have an issue that requires attention, and if I don’t receive a prompt reply, I will look for an alternative platform.
