Quality not good. They don’t always respond to queries and if they do, they don’t follow through with any action. Still chasing after 3 months for a refund as promised due to a faulty pair of earrings. My emails were ignored until I commented on a post and have chased for another 2 months. I've been trying to get a refund due to faulty earrings for 3 months now and you are not getting back to me unless I comment on a post.Please stop ignoring me and prioritise your customers experiences.I've noticed other customers commenting on posts requesting responses from you also.You will not gain returning customers and build loyalty this way.Please, process my refund as promised.
