That company is juste terrible.1) If you miss a payment by direct debit, they charge you 80 EUR as "admin costs" without any reminder, then they try again to execute the direct debit, if it fails again, they charge you again 80 EUR as "admin costs" etc.2) Their prices per kWh are so high compared to the competitors and they add 21% of VAT on top of the price showed in their app (the competitors display the final price on their apps, not the price without VAT!!!).
