2 weeks ago paid my invoice yet 2 days later cards suspended for non payments so I called them and was told the computer made a mistake when I asked them if I would be charged for non payment they said no as it was there fault and if I got a charge on my next invoice call them and they will sort it invoice came on Wednesday with a £60 charge on it so I called them and asked what's going on and was put through to a manager he said pay on Monday as he couldn't remove the charge as it would mess with my DD and he would put it back as credit so this week I should be£60 in credit yet no they are still taking my DD at full no credit.This isn't the first time with this company looking for a new card now.
