A one star!! If it was possible to give them a negative five stars, I would. In summary having used my card and on its expiry another one was not issued - by the way my direct debit was active and so the new card should have been issued - but a new card was not and neither did they have the curtesy of informing me that they were not going to issue another card. Speaking to their customer services they informed me that there is no minimum number to times per year that the card must be used to prevent a new card not being issued. And it had been used in 2025.Their customer services informed me that they would phone me within 48 hours. Well, that did not happen. Their communication skills are very much zero and they don’t appear to give a hoot about their customers. When they promise to call within a certain timeframe take it with a pinch of salt as you have more chance of seeing the cow jump over the moon that this company’s customer services department carrying out their duties.
