It’s absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers. It’s all about money-grabbing, and their staff members are liars. To top it off, their so-called manager, Mark, who was initially absent from work according to his previous colleague, called me back with the most diabolical attitude I’ve ever encountered. My direct debit was missed because of issues with my banking, but he didn’t want to hear my side. I’ve had a fuel account since 2020 and never missed a payment. Cut a long story short, they decided to add £60 and £80 payments to my invoices after I had already cleared the balance, without any notification. Avoid this company at all costs. Goes to show no loyalty or consideration to a long standing customer. Maybe if they just heard my side I wouldn’t have left a review but very disappointed!
