The service started well, I have been using it for several months without issue. Using the correct petrol stations resulted in me saving approx 8-10p a litre........awesome.However the last payment wasn't taken, and they are claiming that my bank rejected it. I have since checked with my bank, and they say it was never requested.As a result they them immediately took a £40 missed payment fee along with that fee.......strange how the money was there and not rejected moments later.So yes, probably saved me about £30-40 over the previous months......but then took it in a different way.Tried to cancel my account........no option to other than to request a call-back which still hasn't happened 1hr later.
