My experience with the radius group has been terrible. I used radius velocity for fuel cards. I had the fuel cards for several years without noticing that I was being over charged approximately 27p per litre more for fuel (27p more than the @ pump prices). As well as being charged high fees for just having the cards. Upon finding this out, I rang the radius team on the number through my online portal, the first girl seemed very inexperienced and unknowledgeable, she put me on hold for long periods of time to find answer's to a lot of questions i had, however, she seemed willing to help. She took my complaint and said she would get back to me, stating that it may be possible to offer a months refund (on the difference in there price and pump price- which would have been around £160) and correct the pricing. I chased this 4 days later and spoke to a very unhelpful lad called Martin. He said there is nothing he/they can do as my account is owned by Slade fuels (a company I have never heard of or ever dealt with - very confusing). I have tried calling the number provided and there is no answer or response. Radius seems to have many different sections of its company, its very worrying that upon raising a complaint that I have been ignored and refered elsewhere. I will update this review with my genuine experience as time goes on.
