This is the first time I have given a negative review for a company but I feel people should be aware of what they are dealing with. I contacted them at the start of January that I was finished with the product as was selling the vehicle. They eventually came out, disconnected and removed the device. I emailed a few months ago that the direct debit had continued and could they please issue a refund as the device was cancelled and removed. I noticed last week that the direct debit had continued so contacted them again to issue a refund. I was informed that I hadn't in fact cancelled the subscription. When I informed that I had and that they had come out, removed and taken the tracker with them, somehow they felt that I should still pay charges. They have been unhelpful and I am baffled with how they can continue to still charge.
