Radius stopped my two fuel cards with no notice and no explanation. When I asked about this they wanted a new bank mandate, which I completed immediately. There was no acknowledgement of the mandate, no change in status of the fuel cards, and no response to subsequent enquiries. I have a small business. If Radius does not want small businesses just say so, but otherwise, provide the service you charge me for!
