Unfortunately my experience has been similar to others, in which I have been overcharged for using the card, making it more expensive (10p per litre) to use than the forecourt price. After contacting the company, nothing has been done, so the replies asking to contact them are useless; they don't actually do anything. I am giving them the opportunity to fix the errors, but if not, I have enough evidence to contact my bank and proceed with chargebacks for the transactions. At £12 per chargeback, it will be quite expensive if everyone else who has been stung by this company did the same
