I have been waiting from April 12th to have shower repaired in shower room.Some one came out and said the shower needed replaced, they said they would be back .They never came back, phoned Radius, they said someone would contact me,got a text giving a target date of April the 30th.April 30th arrived and no show from Radius contractors CTS.Phoned to see what happened, got another text for target date 31st May. 31st came and went , still no sign of CTS, phoned again,another target date for 30th June, still no show.Just more texts and more 'target dates' phone up and you just get fobbed off.Now 28th of August and shower still not repaired. Something needs to be done about Radius and CTS.
