Very disappointing experience with RadiusTheme.
I purchased their Food Menu WordPress plugin directly from their website expecting it to work as advertised. Unfortunately, the plugin did not work on my website from the start.
I contacted their support team and provided access to my website so they could investigate the issue.
After checking, their own support team confirmed that the plugin is not compatible with my current setup or my current theme builder -DIVI- .
Because of this, I requested a refund, which I believe is completely reasonable since the product does not work for me in my setup or my theme, and the issue was confirmed by their own team.
However, after asking for a refund, they stopped responding to my messages.
This is very unprofessional. If a product does not work and the company acknowledges it, the proper response should be to refund the customer, not ignore them, or asking theme to wait for future updates so they can make it supported as they said to me.
If I do not receive a response soon, I will proceed with opening a chargeback through my credit card provider next Monday Morning.
I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing plugins from RadiusTheme. My experience with both the product and the customer support has been extremely disappointing.
