I bought a watch for £89 and chose a design with stones around the face. Within a month, a stone fell out. When I returned to the store with proof of purchase, the assistant kindly exchanged it for a new one of the same design. Now I've lost about 15 stones and am very disappointed. I love the watch but can't wear it anymore as it looks cheap with missing stones. A significant flaw in this watch. A complete waste of money!
