Disappointing Experience with Customer Support

I purchased a shoulder bag as a gift for my wife. Within two weeks, a decorative metal piece fell off. I reached out to the customer support team three times via email to report the issue, share photos, and request a repair, replacement, or refund. Unfortunately, I received no response at all. It's frustrating to have sent three emails without any acknowledgment. The provided contact information feels ironic given the lack of assistance. We are left with a defective product and no way to address the problem. This experience is extremely disappointing and unacceptable for a brand of this caliber. I won't be ordering again, as I lack confidence in their after-sales service.
