I understand that agency recruitment is a sales-driven environment where applicants are treated as products, but it would be beneficial if there was less ghosting of candidates, especially at this recruitment level. I have not received any responses to my emails or applications this year. Not a single one. Unless I've been particularly unlucky with the same unresponsive individual, it feels representative of how candidates are treated.
