Colossal waste of money. Someone just recently asked me about Ragworks and mentioned they had good reviews here. These reviews seem like AI.... Just like the output of their product. Avoid unless you want to embarrass your firm and have your outbound email/LinkedIn sound like a bot... Camali was incompetent and wasted my teams time for a full week going back and forth making mistakes. Rest of the team was nicer, and available and to help us with our use case but ultimately failed. I would advise anyone not to waste their money. Another trendy "AI tool" that will be extinct within 2 years. In addition to not being worth the hype, they over promised us our use case and refused a refund once they admitted they "couldn't do it anymore".
