Rail futures came to see me in jail when i was at a difficult time in my life spoke to me about the course and when i got released i managed to get a spot and it was absolutely spot on, finished this course in October 25 at leeds college of building, best decision of my life, was lucky enough to have john staff as my trainer. He went above and beyond for everyone there, he took time and effort into really teaching and making us understand in class and on track, there were times id get frustrated and give up because i felt like i wasnt smart enough and didnt understand the work but he sat down spoke me through it made me understand and kept me upto speed, without him i wouldn’t have gotten through the course thats fact. Since completing the course it was a slow start but i managed to get on with global and was picking up odd weekend shifts and building a good reputation and thats led to frequent work and more shifts so im very happy and excited to see what the future brings.
