While I love rainbow clothes/accessories, the customer service at the Baltimore National Pike location is terrible. It’s a larger store and they have all these sanctions in place that people don’t steal, no problem with that. However, employees walk around saying they can take your item(s) if you forget something and go to another part of the store. Mind you none of the staff have name badges on, don’t introduce themselves, just say I can take that. When you get to the register, no greeting, no smile… Prior to the lady calling me up, she hollered down the store for someone to pick up the phone. Then she called me up to the register. She aggressively grab my items and started taking the security buttons off. I had grab one of the items and she stopped me… “Are you taking the hangers off, I got this, cause you moved the pants the pin fell and it can hurt you if you step on it “. That was ok to say however it was her tone and the fact she kept lecturing me like a child. Then she just stops and tells the other girl at the register to take me… No communication to me at all. The other mean lady comes over says nothing ring me up gives me my bag, I said “Thank you” and no response. This is not the first time I’ve had this experience with this particular store, this time it was just beyond rude. The Rainbow store and maybe two other store I shop for clothes at a physical location, however I see why more and more people move to online. Needless to say, I will not visit this location again. Please provide uniforms or employee name badge, and get employees that have trained customer service skills.
