Bought a puffer down coat from Rainwick, which ended up being a very flat coat that was 2 sizes too small, and the quality was very poor! There was hardly any down in it and the whole cost fit in a very small envelope. I returned the coat the following day to the China address listed on the their website. It took over a month to get there which gave them an excuse not to reimburse my money. When I emailed Sophia 4 times about the return initially, I got NO response until I disputed the transaction on my credit card. DO NOT buy from this crooked, horrible website of Rainwick. You will lose your money with no return!! I even had a tracking # from USPS to confirm my mailing transaction.
