I have an account of which I have been unable to get into. It's nearly 3 weeks now. I have spoken to customer service many times and sent emails. One account has just matured but the money has not been passed to my chosen bank account. This means I can't reinvest it and am losing interest on the money. I was promised an arranged phone call but this never happened. It looks like it will go to the financial ombudsman and I will want compensation as well as my money back. It seems the customer service chain is appalling as you cannot contact the person dealing with it or find out what us happening. They send me emails to login which is really funny as that is the problem. Log in is not working. So I would advise anyone thinking of investing to consider the poor communication performance of this platform. Hopefully I will get money back sooner rather wait till Christmas.
