I have tried to get my tan enabled again after apparently disabling it accidentally. I have notified customer service by text and also called on 3 occasions 3weeks later I still haven't got the issue resolved and can't without a penny as customer service can't do anything as I was told in would be sort in a couple of days here i am 3 weeks later and the issue isn't resolved or no sign of it being resolved..
