Title: Refund promised but never receivedReview:I bought £48 of tickets through TicketSource for RA Monster Events’ Southwell Racecourse Family Fun Day (6 September 2025). Most of the attractions didn’t take place. TicketSource confirmed on 11 September that RA Monster Events had agreed to issue a full refund, and RA Monster even told me directly they would process it — but nothing ever arrived. I’ve chased multiple times by email and Facebook with no response. Very poor communication and no refund nearly two months later. Now had to send final demand later before looking at chargeback/small claims
