I booked a 3 day trip to Barcelona with Eilidh after messing the page for some help. She was so patient with me as I kept asking questions etc. She found me an alternative hotel after the first choice sold out and arranged for someone to call me direct to arrange the payment etc. First class service and would highly recommend
